Hey guys! I am currently looking for help right now. I recently found something that was not included in the latest Oddity (better known to me as Mother 4)
leaks and this never before seen tool I found called Sprite Man which can only be found on Internet Archive strangely!
While I did managed to find a bunch of stuff you wouldn't normally see in the playable demos, some of the .dat files won't open! All these dat files contain sprites from Oddity most of which never seen from currently available footage so far!
I want those sprites out of their .dat files and maybe export them to png if thats possible but right now I am trying to figure out how to make some of the .dat files to open with Sprite Man such as the Belring Nurse they just won't open for whatever reason! This error message appears, does anyone know what this means? or if any of you might know what the problem is let me know!
The google drive link below is a link to the tool I found which can work without its folder. Simply double click the .exe file and you should be able to use Sprite Man! As far as I know, it can read .dat files and image files but I am not sure what other files it can open yet.
Let me know if you might figure out a way how to open the .dat files I can't open yet. Help would be appreciated!
